T-Bank is Russia's largest digital bank by active users, serving 40M+ customers. Embedded in a backend team owning payment-critical services where production failures have direct financial impact at scale.

• Reduced CI pipeline runtime from ~20 min to ~3 min by introducing dependency caching and integrating the full integration test suite into the service pipeline.
• Maintained and scaled a test suite of 1,500+ automated tests, improving pipeline stability from 65% to 95% — turning a flaky pipeline into a trustworthy quality gate.
• Conducted load testing of a legacy payment service using Gatling; identified it couldn't sustain 1,000 RPS — directly triggered an architectural review and full service rebuild.
• Led E2E integration testing for the Digital Ruble project, coordinating across 10+ teams including integrations with NSPK and the Bank of Russia.
• Own 100–200 integration tests across dedicated per-service repositories, covering critical payment flows end-to-end.
• Mentored an intern through onboarding, code review, and test design — brought them to independently owning test coverage on their first service.
